A dynamic practice session, focused on engaging and activating your core muscles. Experience specific asanas and sequences designed to help you access and understand the core by improving alignment and stability as well as connecting the mind and body. The flow will also help build stamina, strength, and flexibility of your overall physical body. Suitable for all.

Brief bio:

Radha has trained in 200 hours Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow at Rishekesh Yog Nirvan 2023.  A practitioner of yoga and meditation since 2016, Radha enjoys a holistic approach to well-being. Her teaching strongly emphasizes the foundations of yoga practice: correct alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
