The sessions begin using the mind & body as a tool to work on the breath.
Then we use this harmonized breath to work on the mind & body.
Through these practices we hope to explore the union (Yoga) of the physical & mental bodies.
Suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners, it is recommended to have a relatively empty stomach.
