Description:

The sessions begin using the mind & body as a tool to work on the breath.
Then we use this harmonized breath to work on the mind & body. 
Through these practices we hope to explore the union (Yoga) of the physical & mental bodies. 
Suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners, it is recommended to have a relatively empty stomach.

Brief bio:

Dr Mamta is a dentist & Yoga educator from Mumbai. She completed her Bachelor s in Dental Surgery in 2018 from MGM Dental College, Navi Mumbai. In 2019, she completed an Advanced Yoga Teacher s Training Program (900hrs) from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. She has further trained in Iyengar Yoga from the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Institute, Dharamkot in 2022. Mamta is also a Vipassana practitioner, and has been teaching Yoga, Pranayama, Mediitation and Mindfulness since 2019.
