Yoga Asana: Deep Stretch & Relaxation- with Radha

The class will involve mindful movement to help you release tension from your body and mind. We will start with Pranayama, breath work; then gently progress to Asana. The dynamic flow of different sequences of asanas will provide a rigorous full-body stretch by activating your muscles and also promote mental stability and concentration. The flow will help you build stamina, strength, and flexibility. The session will conclude with Dharana/Dhyana (meditation/concentration) making you feel energized and relaxed.

Brief bio:

Radha has trained in 200 hours Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow at Rishekesh Yog Nirvan 2023.  A practitioner of yoga and meditation since 2016, Radha enjoys a holistic approach to well-being. Her teaching strongly emphasizes the foundations of yoga practice: correct alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
