Gentle Hatha Yoga

Description:

Breathe, Warm Up & Flow:  The session includes guidance in simple yogic breathing techniques and “warm ups” for gentle joint rotation and stretching. We will then learn/ practice the Sun Salutation (and variations) and relaxation postures, including Savasana.

Brief bio:

Claire is a certified yoga instructor (200 hours, Pratham, Rishekesh INSTITUTE) with training in Ayurveda and formal education in eco-tourism. She is passionate about natural approaches to health and healing.
