Prana is the breath of universal life energy. Breathing and energy flow mostly happens unconsciously as part of survival process. By becoming conscious and attentive to prana — and enhancing and directing its flow through the pranayama practices—we can rejuvenate the body-mind-energy, enhance sensitivity and perception, expand inner awareness, and open the door to higher states of consciousness.

In this part 1 training, welcome to learn, practice and experience  

  • Unique preparatory exercises for whole body & spine
  • Inner Science of Energy : Nadi, Vayu, Chakra, Mudras, Bandhas
  • Basic and Advanced pranayama practices
  • Techniques : Warmup exercises,  Kapalabhati, Nadi Shuddhi, Ujjayi, Shitali, Ashwini Mudra, Vajroli Mudra, Moola bandha, Kumbhaka,  Chakra breathing, A-U-M Nada yoga, Mudras
  • Experiential, Scientific & Meditative process for essence of self. 

Brief bio:

Ananda is a yogi, meditator, healer and guide sharing experiential retreats, trainings, and individual sessions across Asia & Europe. His work is based on deep experiences with Yoga, Tantra, Psychology, Inner Science, ancient and modern forms of healing tools.
