Description:
Our female anatomy (breasts, ovaries, and uterus) offers the most energetic potential of the whole mind-body organism. Ovarian breathing helps us connect with this energy, freeing the flow of the body’s fluid systems. This helps not only to prevent and treat disease, but also to live a richer, more ‘fertile’ life. We use the word ‘fertile’ in its deeper meaning, not only to conceive physical children, but wherein woman is the creative source of the universe, the great creative womb, where everything that is sown blooms. Because many of our “blockages” stem from beliefs rooted in our family/cultural conditioning, the process is one of awareness, cleansing and energy purification also oriented to emotional and mental aspects of our being. The aim is to align mind, emotions and body, allowing us to return to a state of integration and unity with ourselves and our environment. During this intensive, you will be guided through specific ovarian breathing sequences, conscious movement, restorative yoga, meditation and deep relaxation in a safe environment.
