FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION (FI) – WITH NUR BAR-ON- Dr. Feldenkrais developed FI, where through guidance with gentle touch, the “student” and “teacher” explore existing patterns of organizing the body. Then new possibilities are suggested, to facilitate a more efficient, comfortable and pleasant way of moving.
Brief bio:
Nur Bar-On has been practicing the Feldenkrais Method since 2010 and became a certified teacher after 3 years of study (2015-18). She has taught in Israel, Germany and Portugal, and likes to assist others in discovering more skillful ways of being in their bodies.
