Dance Beyond offers 5Rhythms® dance sessions, movement meditation and Trager® Bodywork.

We dive deeply into our body wisdom to connect with life itself - beyond words. This path supports embodied presence, the alignment of body, mind and spirit and the capacity to open your heart.

For everybody who is ready - to move and learn within a group of international open minded and -hearted people - to join guided conscious bodywork and movement sessions with and without music.
